I'm in my fifth month of pregnancy and I'm regularly following Giulia's classes 5 days a week. I must say that I feel very good and energetic, the exercises are not heavy but at the same time you can feel the fatigue and the muscles working. I highly recommend it, it's a very specific course with various exercises followed by stretching, meditations, which are great to relax, and targeted exercises for the problems that are common in pregnancy.
Giulia is extraordinary. I followed the Fit Pregnancy Method program from the 5th month and I found myself really well and in excellent shape. She is really good, very careful and clear explaining the exercises. She makes you feel calm and safe. I will definitely continue to follow her in the postpartum period. I highly recommend her to everyone.
As soon as I heard the good news, and being a very sporty person, I immediately looked for someone who could help me during my pregnancy. Between covid and work, I evaluated several proposals online and I'M HAPPY TO HAVE MET GIULIA! From the fourth month, after the approval of my gynaecologist, I started the second trimester and then the third. I did the recommended exercises every day until 39+2 and at 39+4 Leo was born. I had a complex birth, with a ventouse, but my physical condition allowed me to get back into shape and feel good very quickly and be able to take care of my little one. Today Leo is 40 days old, and 3 weeks ago I started the post-natal course (which I highly recommend!) and just the other day during the visit with the gynaecologist I was told that it doesn't even look like they applied the ventouse. I recommend the Pre and Postnatal Program course to everyone. The course is accessible to all, you can change the intensity and allows you to work your body in total safety. The exercises are explained very well, Giulia is very professional, prepared and helpful.

I personally only followed the postnatal course because, unfortunately, I discovered Giulia 10 days after giving birth. The recovery has been really good and I am continuing to attend his classes to keep myself in shape. I recommend it to all new mothers! As the lessons are lasting 30 minutes, you can follow them in your own time! Thank you Giulia for the great work!
Giulia is a wonderful teacher and her Pregnancy programme is useful and comprehensive, you can see that there is great preparation and passion for her work behind it! In addition to the platform, Giulia is always present and available to answer any questions I have about exercises and wellness! The circuits and the relaxation and preparation sessions for childbirth are great!

Giulia is really a professional, prepared and very helpful. Almost a friend now. She enters every day with her videos in my daily life, her smile gives strength even when you have to hold a plank (ahahha). I also loved the meditations... having had a lot of experience in this area, hers are truly exceptional!
