Pelvic floor

During pregnancy the condition of the pelvic floor changes a lot. Expecially towards the third trimester the muscle and ligament tissues of the whole body become softer and tend to relax to make space for the baby, and this also happens to the pelvic floor.

The pelvic floor is an important part of our deep core, being able to contract and release it is essential during pregnancy and childbirth; it is an important stabilizer during any movement, the more we become aware of how we can control it, the faster we will be able to improve it.

Diastasis

During pregnancy the rectus abdominis muscle stretches vertically to accommodate your baby. When it can not longer do so in this direction, it will horizontally. 
Every mother is subject to this separation during the third trimester, so to prevent the appearance of excessive diastasis it is important to do abdominal breathing exercises, and strengthen the core specifically.
If you have been diagnosed with diastasis the Post Partum program will allow you to strengthen the abdominal wall and possibly close or reduce the diastasis.

The Single Trimester Packages have a duration of 3 months. 

Yes, I will advice you which lessons to take everyday! You will find a 4 weeks schedule plan to repeat till the end of the trimester.

Each workout includes video tutorials of the exercises, and full length classes. 

You need:

  • yoga/Pilates mat or a carpet
  • 2 pillows
  • towel or small pillow
  • 2 weights (0.5/1kg) or 2 water bottles
