WELCOME TO FIT PREGNANCY METHOD

In the path of the second trimester, thanks to the lessons, you will be able to manage the postural changes and prevent the appearance of annoyances typical of pregnancy.

Second Trimester

The second trimester (13 to 27 weeks) is typically the most comfortable time for most moms.

Most of the early symptoms of pregnancy will gradually disappear. You will likely feel an increase in energy levels during the day and be able to enjoy more restful sleep.

Your belly will begin to show as your uterus will rapidly grow in size. It’s a good time to invest in maternity clothing, avoid restrictive clothing and, if you’re up for it, spread the news of your pregnancy to friends and family.

While the discomforts of early pregnancy should subside, there are some new symptoms to get used to.

Choose healthy, nutrient-dense foods.

Problems with circulation and venous return, back pain and nasal congestion can be among the most common discomforts in this trimester.

The second trimester is when you’re most likely to feel your baby move for the first time, usually by 20 weeks. Your baby may also hear and recognize your voice during the second trimester.

You will usually have a morphological ultrasound between weeks 18 and 22.

You may be able to find out the sex of your baby. Let your doctor know if you would like to know or not.

Always listen to your body and its needs.  Spend more time for you and your baby 😊
