WELCOME TO THE FIT PREGNANCY METHOD

During the first trimester, thanks to the lessons, you will be able to manage your breathing correctly and move consciously for your well-being and that of your baby.

First Trimester

The first trimester lasts from week 1 to week 12 of pregnancy.
During this time, even if your body doesn’t show it, it is going through huge changes.
In the first few weeks after conception, your hormone levels change significantly. Your uterus begins to support the growth of the placenta and fetus, your body increases its blood supply to bring oxygen and nutrients to your developing baby, and your heart rate increases.
These changes accompany many of the early symptoms of pregnancy, such as:
fatigue
morning sickness
headaches
constipation
The first trimester is vital to your baby’s development.
The baby will develop all of its organs by the end of the third month, so this is a critically important period. You should eat a healthy diet that includes supplementation of an adequate amount of folic acid.
An ultrasound will be performed to make sure the baby has a heartbeat and to check the baby’s health.
The most important thing you can do for your baby is to engage in honest and direct communication with your OB/GYN about the choices you are making and follow his or her advice.
